BlackBerry 9000 official specification sheet leaked

Guys at Boy Genius Report have discovered the BlackBerry 9000 official specification sheet and as we can see there is nothing especially new that we haven’t already know. The spec sheet promises a tweaked web browsing experience with HSDPA support, improved picture library, automatic music playlists, and inline video streaming in the browser. Still we will have to wait some more time until official release of BlackBerry 9000 but this will be good to satisfy the most hungry fans.

Samsung Anycall J708 in Hong Kong

Samsung has announced the sale of Anycall J708 slider for Honk Kong market. The handset will cost 1,480 HKD (about $190) and features stylish slim design along with H.263 and MPEG4 video playback, MP3 and AAC audio playback, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, a micro SD slot, a 1.3 megapixel camera and EDGE support.

New trio from Nokia

Nokia has released three new handsets with elegant style and minimalistic design. The 6600 Fold is a Series 40 flip phone. It has a 2.13 inch internal OLED display. It is capable of displaying 16 million colors. G technology allows for fast and easy sharing of pictures and videos snapped with the integrated 2 megapixel camera with double LED flash or swift access to Internet services such as Yahoo! Go or Flickr. The Nokia 6600 fold is yours for estimated retail price of 275 EUR excluding taxes and subsidies. The 6600 Slide is a Series 40 device too. Features 2.2 inch QVGA display and integrated Nokia Maps application which can be enhanced with an optional Nokia Bluetooth GPS Module LD-4W and separate navigation license. The Nokia 6600 slide has an estimated retail price of 250 EUR excluding taxes and subsidies. And third handset is Nokia 3600 slider with 3.2 MP camera with autofocus, LED flash and TV-out enabling the Nokia 3600 to easily share pictures and videos on most TV sets. This models also features pre-installed Nokia Maps application with an optional Nokia Bluetooth GPS Module LD-4W and estimated retail price is 175 EUR excluding taxes and subsidies.

LG enV2 available at Verizon

Verizon Wireless has announced the launch of LG enV2 in USA from April 30th. This device features integrated GPS, full QWERTY keyboard, 2MP camera, 63MB internal memory with up to 8GB storage addition via microSD slot, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, MP3 player, stereo speakers. 2.4 inch LCD and WAP / Web Browser. Verizon customers can get it for $130 after rebates and a two year contract.

LG announces KF750 the thinnest 5 MP camera phone

LG has announced the thinnest 5 MP camera phone on the market, KF750. Measuring 102.8 x 50.8 x 11.8 mm, and wighting just 116 gram this device has a 5 megapixel camera with facial recognition, 2.4 inch 240 x 320 resolution 262k color touch enabled screen and has a built in accelerometer. Also there is 120 frames per second video recording support at 320 x 240 resolution and 30 frames per second at 640 x 480 resolution. KF750 support quad band GSM/EDGE, HSDPA, FM radio and Bluetooth 2.0 and special Carbon Fibre casing. In stores from May.

Nokia N82 wins TIPA award

This year the TIPA(Technical Image Press Association) award for “Best Mobile Imaging Device in Europe” goes to Nokia N82. Describing the Nokia N82 as compact multimedia computer that integrates GPS, web, video and music functions around a 5 Megapixel camera with a high-speed, f/2.8 autofocus lens, Carl Zeiss Tessar focuses from 10cm to infinity and produces sharp prints up to and beyond A4 size. Several scene modes are also available to optimize the Nokia N82 for great images, whether shooting portraits or night shots, the TIPA jurors mentioned as most valuable reasons for N82 to win the prize for 2008.

Sony Ericsson Z780

Sony Ericsson today introduced new HSDPA phone Z780. The z780 is nice flip phone with 2MP camera, ActiveSync support, RSS reader and weather application. Also special Z780a version include native North American GSM calling and HSDPA support, assisted GPS support for real-time navigation through Google Maps. It will be available in white, black or purple colors but release date is still unknown.

Motorola MotoZINE ZN5

Motorola launched new MotoZINE ZN5 smartphone featuring special Montavista Linux OS, 5 megapixel Kodak branded camera, and the Morph keypad that we see in the Moto ROKR E8. As you can see from the photo the new Morph keyboard is quite strange. From the phone specs we see tri-band support, GPRS, EDGE, Symphony Browser 1.0, Freescale SCM-A11 CPU, 320×240 QVGA display and Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR.
