Right at the CHITEC 2008 K-Touch has introduced the C280 8MP camera phone. The most impressive camera use LED flash and face-detection software and features special ISO management up to 1600 for low-light conditions. The C280 is expected to be sold only in China for yet unknown price.

Nokia has announced that Nokia Maps 2.0 are finally available for download. Among new features users will have new enhanced Car Navigation with voice navigation, special pedestrian navigation, multimedia city guides, satellite images with extended maps database for over 200 countries and redesigned user interface. LG Electronics unveiled new 3G phone at CHITEC 2008. The KD876 support TD-SCDMA, a 3G mobile telecommunications standard in China and features 3MP camera along with 0.3MP front camera for video calls. Unfortunately there is not much more in formations at this moment.
AT&T has launched new Sony Ericsson phone in its offer, the Z780i. This flip phone support HSDPA 850/1900/2100, features integrated GPS and AT&T branding along with special applications. Unfortunately there is no word about pricing.

This mid-range phone resembles to the G502 and C702, and features GSM/EDGE 850/1900, Bluetooth, 3.2MP camera, M2 memory slot, roller bar for navigation and a red stylus, suggesting that it will be a touch screen device. he user manual also references 3G, Wi-Fi, and GPS, but the FCC data-sheets do not confirm those features.
