RIM official with BlackBerry Bold 9000
Monday, May 12th, 2008RIM is finally official with new BlackBerry Bold 9000. Lets see the specs: 480 x 320 display, 625MHz Marvell Tavor PXA930 processor, 1GB internal flash memory, 802.11a/b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2Dp, built-in GPS, MicroSDHC card slot, photo geotagging option and will be available in HSDPA and EV-DO versions. The 9000 is only the first of a new line which will come to all major US carriers. With the built-in 1500 mAh battery, RIM expects to get five hours of talk time and 13 days of standby. There is new OS 4.6 that includes DataViz’ DocumentsToGo application which allows BlackBerry users to read and edit Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents, but not Excel spreadsheets. We can expect the BlackBerry Bold 9000 this summer, though the price has not yet been made known.
