Nokia E71 available in retail stores

After private launch parties in New York and Chicago last weekend the Nokia E71 is available for sale in retail stores. The US E71 version features GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and HSDPA 850/1900 support along with entertainment features, Nokia Maps, Share on Ovi, A-GPS, 3.2 MP camera, QWERTY keyboard and easy Internet access. This 0.39 inches thick phone can be yours for just $500 dollars.

Diamond encrusted Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte

Swiss luxury designer and jeweler Knalihs Athem has unveiled latest creation the diamond encrusted Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte. This beautiful phone is in limited edition production and sport more than a thousand finest quality brilliant cut diamonds that weigh 6.75 carats in total. Each phone will have official diamond grading report from a gemological lab and buyers will be able to personalize the phone with such things as name, initials, logo or anything else. Just 20 Diamond Encrusted Nokia 8800s will be made and the price starts from $20,000 dollars.

Nokia ads three new phones to N-Gage compatibility list

Nokia has added new phones to the N-Gage compatibility list. From now on the N78, N96, and XpressMusic 5320 are fully capable for the N-Gage games list and since all of them are quite new models we are expecting to see them in stores near you really soon.

Nokia preparing to launch first touchscreen phones

Nokia has already mentioned that they are working on it’s touchscreen technology and new Tube phone. One of the company officials Kai Oistamo stated that Nokia will be launching new touchscreen devices in the second half the year with the first model Tube and that they will focus on mid-range market. We are eagerly waiting to see the new touchscreen models from Nokia!

Nokia 3608 and 8208

Nokia is still not official about two new phones 3608 flip or 8208 dual slider, but most of the specs are already known. Prepared for Chinese market phones will operate on CDMA 800 / 1900 networks and probably will feature EV-DO Rev. A. Nokia is naming these phones as part of Series 40 with classic user interface as on other models from the series. Still we have to wait for official announcement.

Nokia announces XpressMusic 5320

Nokia has announced new XpressMusic 5320 phone for Latin America. There are not much info about this phone, just that it will feature HSDPA 850/1900 support, Symbian OS, camera with flash and quite impressive music player same as previous XpressMucis models. Stay tuned for more info.

Nokia launches Supernova series

Nokia goes official with new Supernova line. New models include the 7210, 7310, 7510, and 7610 in mid-range fashion style and choice of candybar, flip or a slider versions. The 7210 is a tri-band GSM/EDGE phone with 2 MP camera, and FM radio. Expected to be avaliable first in Q3 for €120 (about $189). The 7310 features support for changeable Xpress-On faceplates, TV-out and will cost you about €155 and is available now. The 7510 is a flip phone with most of 7310’s specifications and will be launched somewhere in Q4 for a €180 (about $283). And the 7610 sport 3.2 MP camera and will be avaliable from Q3 for €225 (about $354).
