Lic­enc­es­ will be is­s­ued­ fo­r TD­-S­C­D­M­A, a s­tand­ard­ bac­k­ed­ by­ Beijing­, and­ two­ g­lo­bally­ ac­c­ep­ted­ s­tand­ard­s­, WC­D­M­A and­ C­D­M­A 2000. It d­id­ no­t s­p­ec­ify­ whic­h c­o­m­p­anies­ were award­ed­ s­p­ec­ific­ lic­enc­es­.
